This little corner of the internet is where I share what actually works in my own home: cozy decor ideas, simple crafts, everyday outfit inspiration, and gardening tips for people who don’t have a green thumb (yet). My Story & Why I Started

DIY Green Manor didn’t start as a “blog project.” It started as a habit.

Years ago, as a new homemaker on a tight budget, I couldn’t afford to hire someone every time I wanted to update a room, fix up a tired piece of furniture, or figure out what to do with an awkward corner of my backyard. So I started figuring it out myself — one YouTube tutorial, one Pinterest board, and a lot of trial and error at a time.

Some projects were wins. Some were, honestly, a mess. But over time, I got better at it, and friends started asking how I did things — the thrifted dresser makeover, the balcony herb garden, the outfit I “pulled together” for $30. I began writing it all down so I wouldn’t forget, and that turned into DIY Green Manor.

Every post here comes from something I’ve genuinely tried in my own home — not something I read about and repackaged. If a project didn’t work, I’ll tell you that too.
